• Advising European and US contract and pharmaceutical packaging

  companies on both qualified and competitive Asian suppliers for

  primary packaging.

 

• Conversely, worked with said suppliers on all aspects of regulatory

  compliances including facilities upgrades etc to meet global standards

  in terms of quality and compliance.

 

• Pre-IPO advisory for Chinese client in pharmaceutical packaging.

 

• Establish Indian R & D subsidiary for Irish pharmaceutical services

 

• Research and advise on establishing in China of green-field

  pharmaceutical packaging  facility for Swiss client, from concept

  through to commercialisation and licensing.

 

• Business re-engineering & upgrade of manufacturing processes to

  global standards for a Korean and a Thai client in the pharmaceutical

  packaging industry.

 

• Business re-engineering & upgrading of company capabilities including

  new pharmaceutical consumables division for South African client.

 

• Concluded out-of-court contract dispute settlements between European

  manufacturing equipment suppliers and Korean client.

 

• Relocation advisory for miscellaneous Chinese subsidiaries of Western

  companies from china to Thailand free trade/board of investment zones.
